1. Who is responsible
Sleep Time Calculator is the operator of calculatorsleeptime.com and is responsible for the site-level processing described in this policy. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to [email protected].
2. Information we handle

3. What we do not collect
We do not ask for your name, email address, or any sign-up. We do not set tracking cookies, and we do not run analytics or advertising scripts at this time. Because the calculators are client-side, we have no access to the sleep times you enter.
4. Analytics
The site does not currently load any analytics service. If we add a privacy-friendly analytics tool in the future (for example, to count visits and improve page performance), this policy will be updated before it goes live, and any consent required by law will be collected first.
5. Advertising and Google AdSense
The site does not currently display advertising. If the site is approved for Google AdSense and advertising is later enabled, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies and process information such as IP address, device and browser details, page activity, approximate location, and ad interactions to deliver, limit, personalize, and measure advertising, prevent fraud, and produce reports. Personalized advertising will only be used where permitted and after any consent required by law.
Before any advertising is enabled, we will configure a Google-certified consent management platform for visitors in the EEA, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, and update this policy with the active advertising controls. 6. Purposes and legal bases
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of a service you request for the calculators you choose to use; legitimate interests for limited site security, error diagnosis, and responding to ordinary messages; and consent for any future analytics or advertising where required.
7. Sharing and international transfers
We use hosting and content-delivery providers to operate the site. They may process limited technical data on our behalf. If analytics or advertising is enabled in the future, the disclosed providers (such as Google) may also receive the data described above. Because these services may operate globally, information may be processed outside your country under the safeguards described in each provider's own privacy notice.
8. Retention
Calculator inputs exist only while the page is open. Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to handle the request and meet record-keeping duties. Operational logs follow the retention controls of our hosting providers.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive your personal information; to restrict or object to processing; to withdraw consent; and to complain to your local data protection authority. California residents may also have rights to know, delete, and correct covered personal information and to opt out of sale or sharing. Sleep Time Calculator does not sell personal information.

10. Children
The site is intended for a general audience and is not designed to collect personal information from children. We do not knowingly create child profiles or ask children to submit personal details. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
11. Security and policy changes
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the site, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy when our services, providers, or legal obligations change. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date shown above.
